Are you a 24-hour service?
Yes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays. Emergency lock-outs are answered any time, day or night. Non-emergency work (planned lock changes, security upgrades, key cutting) is best booked during normal hours and gets the daytime rate.
Do you cover my postcode?
We cover all Bristol BS postcodes (BS1–BS49) plus parts of South Gloucestershire (GL12), Bath & North East Somerset (BA1–BA15) and North Somerset. Most home insurance policies include emergency locksmith cover up to a fixed amount (typically £100–£250). We give you an itemised invoice with our Certified Locksmiths & Security membership details so you can claim. If your insurer wants to authorise the work first, we’ll wait while you check.
